烏克蘭首都基輔今天多個城市早上起受到導彈攻擊，傳出爆炸聲，不少大廈冒出濃煙。烏克蘭內政部長指，已經造成至少8人死亡、24人受傷。內務部長顧問證實，有導彈落在總統澤連斯基的辦公室附近。現時基輔全市地鐵暫停，地下車站改為避難所。

當地民眾表示，地鐵站湧入避難人潮，有人攜帶書本及毯子，顯然有備而來。避難所內的兒童則合唱國歌，未有出現恐慌情緒。
遇襲城市遍佈全國，包括東北部的哈爾科夫，利沃夫和日托米爾等多個西部城市。烏克蘭外長庫列巴批評，俄羅斯總統普京的唯一策略，就是向烏克蘭城市發動恐怖襲擊，他強調烏克蘭不會被普京瓦解。
